Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Writing Hero, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent creating an account for your child, you also agree to these terms on behalf of your child.

Description of Service

Writing Hero is an educational platform that provides K-12 writing instruction through weekly assignments, handwritten submission review, and personalized teacher feedback. We aim to help students develop strong writing skills through structured practice and professional guidance.

Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed per student at the rate displayed during checkout
• Current pricing is available on our pricing page and during the enrollment process
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit work that is not your own (plagiarism)
• Share account credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the service for any commercial purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the service

Intellectual Property

Students retain ownership of their original writing. By submitting work, you grant Writing Hero a license to store, display, and process submissions for educational purposes. Our writing prompts, rubrics, and educational materials are proprietary and may not be reproduced without permission.
